**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** The primary purpose of this position is to service, fix, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on coin and currency equipment, ATMs, software, and specialized office products located at client sites in Chicagoland and surrounding areas. Travel will begin after the 3rd or 4th month of starting, depending on training progression. Service Technicians will have the opportunity to work remotely and travel to the corporate office for training. The majority of work will be onsite at client facilities. The job requires lifting, pushing, or carrying a minimum of 50 pounds, and involves kneeling, bending, twisting, lifting, and squatting to service equipment. Phone or desk work will comprise about 10% of the time for computer work, bench repair work, parts stocking, tracking service calls, and setting up appointments.
