**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** This position involves working onsite to perform repairs and modifications, including HVAC, carpentry, electrical, and other skilled repairs for modular units such as high-end trailers used for offices and schools. Responsibilities include tasks related to HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, finish trim, framing, installing drywall, wall paneling, batten, ceiling tiles, and painting. Experience in construction or facilities maintenance is beneficial. **Responsibilities** + Perform HVAC repairs and modifications. + Conduct electrical repairs and installations. + Handle plumbing tasks and repairs. + Execute carpentry duties including framing and finish trim. + Install drywall, wall paneling, batten, and ceiling tiles. + Paint and finish surfaces as required. + Utilize tools such as circular saws, pneumatic tools, framing nailers, and cordless drills. **Essential Skills** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical work (highly preferred), HVAC, and mechanical installation or repair. + Proficiency in using hand and power tools. + Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations. + Experience with 110-volt electrical systems and simple circuit troubleshooting. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing. + Skills in plumbing, carpentry, and painting. + Experience with electrical troubleshooting and repair. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers room for growth and pay increases once skills are mastered. Despite the outdoor nature of the job, work will not be affected by weather conditions like typical construction work. The position is based in Selma, TX, with no travel required. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with two breaks and a lunch period. Overtime may be needed during the busy season (May-September). Technicians will drive a company vehicle to and from work sites, which can involve driving up to 3 hours to job locations. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
