**Job Title: Field Service Technician - Up to $24/hr!** **Job Description** The Field Service Tech/Assembler will be responsible for both assembly and field service work. This role requires assembling equipment per sketches/prints, testing equipment with supplied sample products, preparing equipment for shipping, and maintaining good customer rapport. The technician will assist customers and their installation crews, participate in system checkouts, and attend system start-ups for mechanical support and system adjustments. **Responsibilities** + Assemble equipment per sketches/prints + Test equipment with sample products to ensure proper functionality + Prepare equipment for shipping by disassembling and loading onto skids + Maintain a positive relationship with customers to exceed their expectations + Assist customers and their installation crews during project installations + Participate in system checkouts prior to system start-ups + Provide mechanical support and perform standard line adjustments during system start-ups **Essential Skills** + Mechanical aptitude + Ability to read blueprints + Proficiency with hand and power tools + High school diploma or GED + Possession of personal hand tools (company provides power tools) **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Fabrication or welding experience (nice to have) **Why Work Here?** This is an opportunity to grow with the company, offering room for advancement in a non-union facility. **Work Environment** This is a first shift position from Monday through Thursday, 6:00am-4:30pm, with potential work on Fridays if needed. The role requires 40% travel throughout the US, with all travel, hotel, and meal costs covered by the company. Employees will be issued a company card and may be away for up to 7-10 days for customer visits. Travel pay includes a 40% increase. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perrysburg, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
