**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** Candidates will be responsible for building and assembling custom filler systems. They will also test, run products, and perform repairs. This role involves troubleshooting equipment and interfacing with customers to address and explain machine issues and operations. Candidates must be open to traveling up to 25% of the time when a field service technician is unavailable. **Responsibilities** + Build and assemble custom filler systems. + Test and run products. + Perform repairs on equipment. + Troubleshoot equipment issues. + Interface with customers to explain machine issues and operations. + Travel up to 25% when needed if a field service technician is not available. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of experience as a Technician troubleshooting & repairing filling/food production/packaging equipment. + 2+ years of mechanical troubleshooting experience. + 2+ years of demonstrated experience troubleshooting or installing equipment with mechanical and electrical functions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting. + Experience with maintenance and repair of packaging machinery and filling machines. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Field service experience is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a clean work environment with opportunities for travel. The noise level is moderate to high, and employees are regularly exposed to dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, and unpleasant odors. The work environment is clean and adheres to GMP standards similar to those in food manufacturing facilities. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sturtevant, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $26.50/hr.
