What You Can Expect: Field Work: Visit clients' homes to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electronic and mechanical components of mobility equipment. Customer Service: Communicate effectively with customers to address concerns, explain resolutions, and ensure customer satisfaction. Training & Education: Train customers and caregivers on the proper use, care, and safety of mobility equipment. Collaboration: Work with manufacturers’ technical support to identify repair parts and solutions. Documentation: Complete necessary paperwork accurately and on time. Team Coordination: Collaborate with the customer service team to coordinate daily routes and order processing. Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need:

A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction. Effective communication skills, including the ability to use electronic devices (i.e., iPhone). A valid State Driver’s License with a clean driving record. Experience with hand and power tools, as well as mechanical problem-solving abilities. Basic knowledge of electronic devices and operational systems. Organizational skills and attention to detail. High School diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. What We Offer:
