**Immediate opening for Service Technician!** ***WEEKLY PAY*** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Service Technician with experience in testing or repairing electronics and familiarity with AC/DC circuitry. The ideal candidate is proficient in using a multimeter or voltmeter. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving issues related to various flashlight models for our customers, both over the phone and through hands-on repairs. **Responsibilities** + Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues with their flashlight models. + Answer telephones and work through issues with customers. + Put in work orders and perform hands-on repairs. + Perform electro-mechanical and electronic repair of flashlights. + Utilize a multimeter to test voltage on batteries and wiring. + Perform light soldering of electronic components. + Engage customers over the phone to inform them of necessary repairs and provide price quotes. + Maintain accurate repair records for all returned products. **Hours: Monday-Friday 3:30pm-12:00am** **Pay: $21/hour** **Once Hired on: 100% medical benefits FULLY COVERED** **PTO, Holiday pay, accrued sick time, up to 10% Matching towards 401k contribution** **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
