**Job Title: Service Technician** **Job Description** As a Field Service Technician, you will work on-site at customer locations to repair compressed air issues, including air compressors, blowers, and vacuum pumps. A strong mechanical experience is desired, with the ability to properly diagnose and solve problems on various compressor systems. Some electrical experience is helpful. You should possess excellent communication and organizational skills and be able to work closely with customers to resolve issues promptly, exceeding customer expectations and increasing overall customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities** + Work on-site at customer locations to repair compressed air issues, including air compressors, blowers, and vacuum pumps. + Diagnose and solve problems on a variety of compressor systems. + Communicate effectively with customers to understand their issues and provide timely solutions. + Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations. + Organize and manage repair tasks efficiently. **Essential Skills** + Strong mechanical experience + 1-3 years of service repair experience (automotive, machinery, etc.) + Experience as a field service technician is a plus + Experience or training in compressed air mechanics is a plus **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + HVAC experience + Automotive mechanics knowledge + Mobile repair skills **Why Work Here?** Enjoy unlimited PTO, a company-provided take-home truck with a gas card, and overtime pay after 8 hours.
