Service Technician - Aqua Quip

Job Overview: 

The sales, installation, and repair of swimming pool (or any applicable) equipment both residentially and commercially. Interact with Leslie’s customers providing service, recommendations, and general guidance.  Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure all company guidelines, policies and procedures are met and exceeded.  Provide superior customer service along with quality workmanship to every customer.

Responsibilities:  

Must maintain the highest standards in customer service, display professional and ethical conduct, and possess sound verbal and written communication abilities.  Appearance must be maintained and well-groomed at all times.  Must be able to understand and comply with all Company directives and policies inclusive of safer driving and workplace habits. 

Provide troubleshooting of swimming pool, spa equipment, fireplace, or any other applicable product available in response to customer requests for service; make necessary repairs and test all functions to complete the job properly as well as instructing customers on proper care and maintenance. Plan the day’s service visits for maximum efficiency and respond to customers' inquiries in a timely manner while completing/providing all necessary work reports/invoices and documents. (AQ) Track any/all training hours

Qualifications:

Maintain 01, 07, or 07B electrical license (if applicable) Possess a valid State Driver’s License Good understanding of water chemistry and associated chemicals Able to work outdoors in all types of conditions

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 / hour
