Service Technician III/Mechanic

Heavy Duty Truck Mechanic

Job Description

Repair heavy duty trucks, vehicles, trailers, and equipment.Ability to repair air brake system and basic engine repair.Ability to perform clutch and brake adjustment.Ability to repair cooling systems.Ability to perform work on suspensions and steering components.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on heavy duty trucks, vehicles, trailers, and equipment.Maintain cleanliness of shop area.Adhere to all safety rules.Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Prior mechanic experience.At least 18 years old.You must have your own hand tools.Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused.Ability to move up to 100 lb and lift up to 50 lb.HS Diploma or equivalent required.
