Service Technician Lead

THE ROLE

The Lead level Service Technician will troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair complex machines and equipment. Will be responsible for training other technicians in order to develop their skills, knowledge and understanding of proper repair techniques.

YOUR IMPACT

These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.

Conduct all aspects of advance repairs on all complexities of vehicles and various equipment.

Train other technicians by assisting them with troubleshooting and accurate way of searching for parts.

Inspect and troubleshoot different types of vehicles to determine a resolution.

Assist technicians with Quality Control issues when necessary.

Lead morning stand up meetings for the Aftermarket Parts Team.

Continuously maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS   

High School Diploma or its equivalent.

Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.

Valid Driver’s License.

STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS

Excellent problem-solving capabilities.

Verbal and written communication skills.

Detail oriented.

Experience as a Field Service Technician.

Experience in mentoring and training others.

Experience using hand tools and power tools.

Pay Range:

$63,500.00 - $101,700.00

The above pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target pay for the position across all U.S. locations. Within this range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including the scope and responsibilities of the role, the candidate's experience, education and skills, as well as the equity of pay among team members in similar positions.
