Job Summary:

A fantastic opportunity to join our team Trane Ireland team in Dublin. The role will be providing a key interface between customers, service back office and technicians dealing with a high volume of orders and enquiries, coordinating multiple and at times conflicting priorities to ensure customer satisfaction.

To provide electrical and mechanical repair/service to all Chiller/Rooftop equipment (compressors, driers, EXVs, TEVs, control panels) at customers premises.

Responsibilities: To attend customer’s site to perform preventative maintenance on all Chiller/Rooftop equipmentMaintain verbal and written communications with customers and others as seen necessary in a professional mannerConsult with the technical or office-based personnel to achieve a clear understanding of specific job requirements as necessaryConsult with the coordinators to ensure that all services under contract are completed to meet the detail of the contract and to the correct timeframeConsult with customers to ensure that any work conducted is with their approvalRequest additional parts on a timely basis to enable a proper timely workflowInform co-ordination of any completed work or delay in works in a timely manner to enable the allocation of the next job avoiding any lost timeComplete the electronic Engineers’ Job sheetsOperate according to the guidelines given the Health & Safety LegislationEnsure all general and site safety issues are adhered toRelate any specific training needsQualifications:Previous experience as a technician in HVAC business.Project Management qualification or experienceExcellent phone and people skillsAbility to work under pressureStrong verbal and written communicationKey Competencies:Ability to work confidently and efficiently with Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel & Access to produce correspondence and documents and to maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets, and databasesEffective communication skills both oral and writtenHighly client-driven and initiative-takingCommercial acumenFlexibility and pragmatism in respect of the demands of the role and the seasonal nature of the businessStrong Technical Bias to problem solving
