Service Writer Details:

Temp-to-Hire position$16.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)Interact with customers, listen to their questions and concerns and provide timely responsesAnswer phones- high volumeEducate clients about the company's products, services and offersSchedule appointments, take orders, monitor service progress, calculate charges and process paymentsRecord customer details and transactionsCreate and close Repair Orders

Service Writer Qualifications:

2+ years experience in automotive industry Excellent customer service skills Excellent time management skillsExcellent communication skills; written and verbal Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
