Responsibilities:Analyze and perform changes in business processes required to support enhancements in the Servicenow CMDBSetup Servicenow discovery and troubleshoot issuesCustomize probes and sensors as required for discovery processesSetup Service MappingMID servers installing and setupTroubleshoot server and network gear discovery issues.
