ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

ManTech is seeking a ServiceNow Developer / Administrator to help support our current Marine Corps Warfighting Lab contract.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Administer an on-premises version of ServiceNow which includes activities such as (but not limited to) installation, configuration, maintenance, updates, harden (STIG), administer, train, and documentServiceNow Branding, Customization, and Translating User Requirements into FunctionalityDevelop, manage, and troubleshoot ServiceNow forms, client and UI scripts, business rules, and scheduled importsConfigure and troubleshoot SAML single-sign on for ServiceNow authentication and identity managementCandidate will work with a team of information systems integrators and developers to support intelligence content management, production, tracking, and dissemination activitiesCandidate will define, develop, and implement technological solutions to support process standardization and improvement effortsKnowledge Management activitiesProcess improvementMaintain KM tools such as, but not limited to, SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, Service Now, and local product creation/dissemination systemSTIG/POAM/Mitigation statements support with the Linux OS and DatabaseDocumentation to include quick reference/admin guidesOther duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

At least 4 years of experience in the following:Must meet DoD 8570 requirements for IAT IIMust have Linux experienceExperience with database administration, preferably MySQL or MariaDBServiceNow patching/upgradesMust have experience creating user and administrative documentation respective to ServiceNowMust have experience training users on site specific customizations and processesMust have familiarity with creating ServiceNow workflows, dashboards, custom listsMust be able to interact with, extract, and translate customer requirements into working solutionsPerform daily, weekly, monthly checks and recommended maintenance on all KM resources

Preferred Qualifications:

Risk Management Framework (RMF)Certification and AccreditationSharePoint/2010/2013/2016HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, Active Directory, DNS, SharePoint Designer, IIS, PKI, PowerShell, Group PolicyIntelink/IntelShare and available capabilities for potential use and integrationKnowledge of standard DoD and Marine Corps concepts, practices, and proceduresFamiliarity with Navy/Marine Corps interoperability requirements is preferredPowerShell scripting using any/all of the respective plugins related to the applicable technologiesActive Directory, Group Policy, Linux OS, Networks, MS Exchange, MS Lync, SCCM, Service Manager, SQL Server, Hyper-V, VMware, SharePoint, Networked Printers/Services, Distributed File Services, Data Protection Manager, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, IIS, PKIExperience with Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and hardening respective Operating Systems and databasesFamiliar with MS Dynamics CRMFamiliar with migrating on-premises services to the Cloud
