Job Description Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Analyst to support a client in Richmond, VA. The hourly pay rate is $20-30/hr and based on experience. Job Responsibilities:  Creates dashboards in ServiceNow for insight into ticket volume and trends  Creates and modifies assignment groups in ServiceNow  Creates monthly dashboards on ticket volume for ITSM and ITAM  Maintains ticket assignment matrix  Creates knowledge base articles based on ticket resolutions and ticket trends  Assigns tickets to appropriate assignment groups  Directs users to the appropriate ticketing portal based on user needs We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
