Kuiper Devices & Systems team is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Application Development Engineer to join our team. This role will be responsible for the configuration, development, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our business while delivering a smooth, high-quality user experience. As the ServiceNow Application Development Engineer, you’ll manage and configure modules, implement workflows, and provide technical support, playing a key role in driving process automation and enhancing service delivery across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
- ServiceNow Platform Development – Design, develop, and maintain custom applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Configuration & Scripting – Customize forms, fields, and UI elements using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting to meet business requirements.
- Process Automation – Develop and enhance business rules, UI policies, and automation scripts to improve service efficiency.
- Integration & API Development – Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and third-party tools.
- Release & Upgrade Management – Support ServiceNow upgrades and new feature deployments, ensuring minimal disruption and compatibility with existing configurations.
- User Support & Troubleshooting – Provide technical expertise in debugging and resolving system performance issues related to development and customization.
- Reporting & Analytics – Create dashboards, reports, and data analytics tools to improve decision-making and service delivery.
