Description of Role/Responsibilities/Project:
Beacon Hill Technologies is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to help with the implementation of ServiceNow across the organization. This person needs to have a successful track record of leading implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITAM, ITOM and CMDB. This role will be collaborating with internal teams and our consulting partner to lead the design and implementation strategies. We need someone who hasn't had to heavily rely on an implementation partner so they are able to take the lead down the road when we need to add new modules within ServiceNow. To be successful, this person needs to have a thorough understanding of the CSDM framework (Common Service Data Model).
