Job Description
A large infrastructure client of Insight Global is looking for a ServiceNow Architect to join their Enterprise Applications Team. This individual will analyze the current infrastructure and architecture of ServiceNow. ServiceNow was implemented around 7 years ago with customizations within the ITSM module ACL rules, and other restrictions. As the company grows these customizations and rules are proving to be more and more restricting/problematic. The team is in need of someone that can learn the ins and outs of their current environment and help unwind business rules and other customizations previously implemented. Their goal will be to resolve current issues with the performance of ServiceNow instances, assist in their ongoing Service Bridging Project, and provide overall support and resolution to customers. This individual will work alongside the current ServiceNow team including a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, two developers, and two system administrators. This team supports a variety of customers including their corporate IT, Finance, HR, ERP, and operating units. The expectation is to work from 8-5 CST. However, there are emergency situations where the team may need all hands on deck, that could be outside of the normal working hours with an hourly pay ranging from $70-90/hr based on years of experience and qualifications.

Skills and Requirements
10+ Years of Experience working with ServiceNow including ITOM, ITSM, and CMDB
3-5+ Yeas of Experience as a ServiceNow Architect
Hands on experience and knowledge of Service Bridge within ServiceNow
Experience utilizing GRC or IRM tools for risk and compliance
Experience with Automation in relation to ServiceNow (ex. Spokes)
Proficient in ACLs and Business Rules Interpersonal Skills:
Strong and active communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
Detail oriented, and strong customer service skills to ensure all tasks are being completed in a timely manner
Flexibility around working hours, team player able to step up when there is a problem, all-hands on deck circumstance null
