Job Description Day-to-Day Responsibilities:  Team Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the ServiceNow platform and its features.  ServiceNow Platform: Utilize the ServiceNow platform to manage and enhance IT service management processes.  Agile Methodology: Work within Agile squads aligned to specific modules of work, ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.  Front-End Chat Platform: Develop and maintain a front-end chat platform to improve user interaction and support.  Net New Catalogue: Create and manage a new service catalogue to streamline service requests and delivery. Skills and Requirements 1. BSA Fundamentals:  Tools: JIRA, Confluence, User Story Boards, Visio, Excel  Tasks: Create and manage user stories, develop process flows, and maintain documentation.  Years of Experience: 5+ years 2. ServiceNow Experience:  Tasks: Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, develop workflows, and integrate with other systems.  Years of Experience: 3+ years 3. Agile/Sprint Methodology:  Tasks: Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives; manage user stories and backlog.  Years of Experience: 3+ years 4. Strong Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and users. 5. Adaptability: Work well within a team, demonstrate honesty and integrity, and adapt to changing environments. 6. Enterprise Tech Background: Experience working with enterprise-level technologies and systems.
