This is a global position as part of the Global Digital Workflows team with focus on the automation of current IT Services.
As a ServiceNow business analyst, you are working as a key link between Healthineers IT services, service owners and implementation teams.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
You drive the automation, improvement of security related services within the ServiceNow SecOps and GRC/IRM modules (e.g. alignment and implementation of new integrations, configuration and adjustments to the solution in order to meet Healthineers requirements) You take over the analysis of the requirements of business and IT service owners. You are responsible for Requirement Engineering and Solution Designing. As we are a quality regulated company your solution designs need to be compliant to Siemens Healthineers quality, security and data protection regulations. All neccesary measure are driven by you. You coordinate internal and external development resources to ensure the timely delivery of tested solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to identify, design, and deliver technical solutions.Your qualifications and experience:
You have successfully completed a bachelor's degree in computer science or comparable You have gathered of the past 2-4 years in least 3 of following ServiceNow modules expert knowledge: ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, SecOps, IRM/GRC You are very experiencend in preparing Solution Designs and Test Cases in a way that Developers can easily apply them in implementing errror proven solutions You have profound experience in the field of ServiceNow's security modules (Security Operations and IRM/GRC) You have experience in working in an agile team within an agile environmentYour profile and skills:
Your ability to lead discussions on relevant business topics in English language is the basis for efficient and eye-level communication with colleagues and partners worldwide You are able to develop and present solution concepts and decision templates from an economic point of view and to obtain decisions With your high level of social competence and teamwork, you can interact with stakeholders on an equal footing, build a trusting relationship and manage commitments Critical thinking & analytical skills to examine bug reports Good communication, presentation & teamwork skills with cross-functional, intercultural teams Knowledge of IT Service Management processes Familiar with working in a regulated environment following defined processes, procedures to ensure qualityWhat do we offer:
