The candidate will work with various internal stakeholders and external partners to collaboratively develop requirements for maintenance and growth activities. The candidate is expected to obtain and maintain relevant certifications, and to continuously expand knowledge and skills regarding platform administration and integration. **Key Responsibilities:** + Manage integrations between Workday and other systems to ensure smooth data flow and operational continuity. + Collaborate closely with the ServiceNow integrations and development team to ensure seamless integration and automation processes. + Design, develop, and deploy Workday integrations using methods such as REST, SOAP, and other integration technologies. + Perform continuous improvement initiatives to enhance integration processes and identify opportunities for automation. + Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Workday integration issues and ensure timely resolution. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions. + Develop and maintain detailed documentation for integration processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures. + Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in Workday and integration technologies to continuously improve system performance. **Required Skills and Qualifications:** + **5 years** of experience with Workday integration, including hands-on development, deployment, and maintenance of integrations. + Additionally, the specialist will work closely with the ServiceNow integrations and development team, making ServiceNow knowledge a valuable plus. + Knowledge of ServiceNow platforms and integration capabilities is highly desirable. + Knowledge of architecture concepts, industry standards, and best practices + Experience with ITIL methodology and practice with certification highly preferred + Strong understanding of system integration methods such as REST, SOAP, and API integrations. + Understanding of application life-cycle management methodology + Demonstrated experience in delivering complex business technology solutions + Demonstrated experience in making articulate and effective oral presentations + Demonstrated experience in data-based, analytical and reasoning skills + Proven experience in continuous improvement and automation within integration processes. + Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot integration issues effectively. + Proven documentation and training skills + High school diploma or GED _This is not a comprehensive list of all job_ responsibilities _; a full_ _job description_ _will be provided._ _We are committed to equal employment opportunity regardless of race, color, ancestry, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, gender, gender identity or expression, or veteran status.
