ServiceNow Change Manager
Job Description Our client is seeking a junior to mid-level Change Manager to join their team within the Global Business Services unit which offers Change Management as a service to the organization. The Change Manager will be supporting a ServiceNow project, where they have already identified a change strategy and plan but are looking for additional support on communication and training plans. The ideal candidate will have end to end change management experience, have experience working on change initiatives in the IT space, and feel comfortable and confident working autonomously. Skills and Requirements 2-3+ years of Change Management experience  Strong experience with change management lifecycle, specifically creating communication and training plans  Strong MS Suite experience with the ability to present PowerPoints to key stakeholders  Experience with Agile projects  Organized, well-spoken, concise, and able to work autonomously ProSci ADKAR certification or similar certification  Experience working on a global initiative  Experience working on ServiceNow change management project null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
