We are looking for a ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery Analyst to join our Service Configuration Management team that supports the Enterprise Service Management Office in Tech Services. In this role, you will oversee the deployment of ServiceNow Discovery to ensure an accurate and complete CMDB is available for use across Jack Henry. You will work alongside other practice areas and will be responsible for advising on discovery and configuration management processes, policies, procedures, CMDB taxonomy and technology to address regulatory, operational, and reporting requirements for managing IT inventories. As a ServiceNow CMDB & Discovery Analyst, you will bring value to our company by understanding the needs of the business, anticipating future needs, and executing on efforts to fulfill the needs while providing an inspiring, transformational experience. This position will work remotely from one of the following locations: Kansas City metro area, Southwest Missouri Area, or the Dallas Texas area. The target salary range for this position is $71000 – $120,000, based on location and experience. If you are interested in this position, please apply on or before October 18th2024. What you'll be responsible for: + Execute documented processes to achieve defined objectives and outcomes of the Service Configuration Management practices. + Provide feedback, insight, and solutions into the effectiveness and efficiency of processes, teams, tools, and partners. + Utilize ServiceNow Discovery and CMDB tools and technologies in the execution of practice processes. + Record, track, and review KPI’s and metrics related to the performance of Discovery and CMDB practice. + May perform other job duties as assigned. What you'll need to have: + Minimum of 6 years of experience managing enterprise IT systems and technologies. + Outstanding interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation. + Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. + Ability to travel up to 10% to attend JH meetings, trainings, and/or professional conferences. What would be nice for you to have: + Experience with ITIL framework. + ServiceNow Platform and CMDB experience. + ServiceNow Discovery experience. + Experience with ITSM platform or Discovery tools. + Experience using APIs and scripting languages to automate tasks.
