ServiceNow Customer Service Manager Technical Lead - REMOTE

ServiceNow Customer Service Manager Technical Lead responsible for implementing and configuring the ServiceNow CSM module, ensuring integration with existing systems and processes while aligning with business requirements and best practices.

Job Requirements:

5+ years of experience with the ServiceNow platform, including implementation, configuration, and administration. Proven experience implementing the ServiceNow CSM module, including workflows, forms, and UI components. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and integration options. Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Jelly. Deep understanding of data security and access controls. Experience with agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent project management skills, with a track record of leading end-to-end project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead the technical implementation of the ServiceNow CSM module, aligning with business requirements and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design, configure, and deploy the CSM module. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, customer service, and operations, to ensure seamless integration. Configure and customize ServiceNow CSM workflows, forms, and UI components. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Troubleshoot and resolve issues during implementation and post-go-live phases. Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user guides.

Pay Details: $95.00 to $105.00 per hour
