Summary

ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, implement, and support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, Integration Hub and middleware technologies.Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow platform integrations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define integration solutions to meet business needs.Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting current state.Analyze existing processes and integrations, identifying areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements.Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvement.Engage in on-call support as needed.Maintain adequate process, operational documentation, and reporting.

Skills and Competencies

5-10 years of experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation, administration, configuration, development, integration, support and continuous improvement.5-10 years’ experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP5-10 years of functional and technical experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance and Performance Analytics capabilities.4+ years of technical experience with Discovery/CMDB.4+ years of technical experience with ITSM, GRC and IT Asset Management is preferred.4+ years of technical experience with Flow Designer.Technical experience with Service Portal (widgets, server scripting, client scripting, CSS, HTML, Portal Configuration).Technical experience with the implementation of performance analytics.Technical experience with the implementation of third-party integrations (Qualys, Tanium, Veracode) to ingest vulnerabilities and policy compliance scan data is required.In-depth understanding of Vulnerability Management process.Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools.Experience with the implementation of workspace, analytics, dashboard and reporting.Experience with ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules.Prior experience working on an agile development team.Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, PowerShell.Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred.Excellent collaboration, verbal, and written communication skills.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $139K - $168K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonuses and/or incentive compensation.
