**Responsibilities**
**ServiceNow Development:**
Design, develop, and implement scalable and high-performance solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
Customize and extend ServiceNow modules, including Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, and Service Catalog.
**Service Portal Development:**
Create and enhance Service Portals to provide an intuitive and user-friendly interface for end-users.
Implement custom widgets, themes, and UI policies to optimize the Service Portal experience.
**Performance Optimization:**
Identify and address performance bottlenecks in ServiceNow applications.
Optimize server-side scripting, database queries, and client-side code to improve overall system responsiveness.
**Integration:**
Have knowledge on Integrations with third-party applications and systems.
Implement RESTful web services, SOAP integrations, and other methods to ensure seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and external platforms.
**Service Catalog Development:**
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Service Catalog items.
Develop and enhance the Service Catalog, including creating new catalog items, variables, and workflows.
**Workflow Automation:**
Design and implement workflow processes to automate and streamline IT service delivery.
Utilize business rules, client scripts, and orchestration to optimize and enhance workflow automation.
Have experience on Flow Designer Implementation.
**Architecture and Design:**
Contribute to the overall architecture and design of ServiceNow solutions.
Ensure solutions align with best practices and industry standards, considering scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
**Performance Monitoring and Reporting:**
Implement monitoring solutions to track and analyze the performance of ServiceNow applications.
Create reports and dashboards to provide insights into system performance and usage.
**Technical Skills:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
+ 3+ years of Experience in ServiceNow development and customization.
+ In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and best practices.
+ Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.
+ Experience in Service Portal development and customization.
+ Ability to use Flow Designer for developing Automation workflows.
+ Skilled in ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email Inbound.
+ Knowledge on Integration with other application using REST and SOAP.
+ Knowledge of ITIL processes and IT Service Management.
+ Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
