Basic Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other related fieldAdditional 5+ years of IT experience that includes IT Analytics, IT Trouble shooting, or IT Customer Service may be considered in lieu of Bachelors Degree Min 5 years of relevant technical and business work experience Requires experience / knowledge of system requirements, operations and programming / development processes Manage Instance Security, User/Group access, roles and associated relationships, and Access Control Lists (ACLs)

Preferred Qualifications:

4 years experience on the ServiceNow platform Configuration and modification of the ServiceNow platform in the following areas IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), Intelligent Apps, HR Service Delivery, Security Operations, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Software Asset Management (SAM), IT Business Management (ITBM), and IT Operations Management (ITOM) Familiarity with the User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service Experiences Knowledge and Experience working with Web Services, SOAP, REST, JSONv2 Reporting would be helpful.

Detailed Description:

Manage and resolve issues against ServiceNow applications Advise internal teams and lines of business regarding process and technology inefficiencies within the platform Manage Instance Security, User/Group access, roles and associated relationships, and Access Control Lists (ACLs) Provide training and knowledge across the platform to our internal team and external business partners Develop reporting strategy and maintenance plan for platform wide reporting Strong knowledge and experience with object-oriented programming (OOP) Perform routine maintenance to include performance monitoring and error identification/ remediation Maintain and improve the overall stability of the platform ensuring best practices are identified and incorporated into the platform Experience with ServiceNow best practices and understand the best solutions to remediate technical debt in the Now platform
