As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the Enterprise Functions Technology team supporting a new ServiceNow Development. **Job Title: ServiceNow Developer** **Location:** Charlotte, NC Dallas, TX Chandler, AZ Des Moines, IA Minneapolis, MN **Pay Range: 68-73/hour** **What’s the Job?** Max of 5 + Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and solutions with a specific emphasis on integrating Gen AI features. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions that leverage AI-driven functionalities. + Customize and extend ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, HR, CSM, and others to meet business needs, utilizing Gen AI for automation and intelligent workflows. + Configure AI-powered virtual agents, chatbots, and conversational interfaces within ServiceNow to enhance user experience and operational efficiency. + Develop integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using APIs and middleware, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability. + Perform system testing, debugging, and validation to ensure the stability and reliability of Gen AI implementations. + Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and project teams on AI-related aspects of ServiceNow development. **What’s Needed?** + Experience within ServiceNow as a Developer(5+ years) + 5+ years’ experience with HRSD or ITSM + Certified System Admin/CAD + Experience implementing AI Search and Virtual Agent(Now Assist) + 4+ years working in an Agile Delivery team **What’s in it for me?** + Benefits will be sent out If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
