Job description:

Required ServiveNow experience: 10 years.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules.
Experience in Customer Service Management Module Implementation is preferred.
Strong experience in Custom App Development in ServiceNow.
Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript and Glide Systems.
Expert in ServiceNow platform configurations and customizations, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Workflows, Flow Designer, Fix Scripts, Update sets etc.
Strong experience in Integrating ServiceNow with third-party using REST, OAUTH, Integration Hub.
Good understanding and work experience on configuring SSO, LDAP.
Experience on Agent Workspace.
Good understanding on Edge Encryption and configuring edge encryption rules in ServiceNow.
Should be able to handle platform upgrades.
Experience in Service Portal. Should be able to create Widgets, UI pages, Portal Pages etc.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with clients and team members.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead projects and deliver solutions on time and within budget.""
