You Are:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with 5+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing process-driven solutions while leveraging ServiceNow's out-of-the-box capabilities to meet business requirements. You should have excellent communication skills, be a self-starter, and be familiar with Core modules, ITSM, ITOM, HAM tables, Service Portal, and Catalogs. CSA and CAD certifications are required.
The opportunity:
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand high-level business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow solutions.
· Design, develop, and implement solutions using ServiceNow out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities, minimizing custom code where possible.
· Provide process-driven solutions to improve efficiency and meet organizational objectives.
· Work on ServiceNow Core, ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change), ITOM (CMDB, Discovery), and HAM (Hardware Asset Management) modules.
· Develop and customize Service Portals and Catalogs (Service Catalog, Record Producers, Order Guides).
· Write and maintain JavaScript code for customizations including business rules, client scripts, UI actions, and script includes.
· Manage the end-to-end implementation and development lifecycle within the ServiceNow platform.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflows, integrations, and performance.
· Ensure system stability and scalability by implementing best practices in ServiceNow development.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams for continuous improvement of ServiceNow processes.
· Participate in ServiceNow upgrades and patching to ensure smooth functioning of all environments.
· Maintain documentation for all processes, configurations, and customizations.
· Stay updated on the latest ServiceNow releases and features.

What you need:
· 5+ years of hands-on experience working with ServiceNow, including design, development, and administration.
· Proven experience in providing process-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
· Strong understanding of Core ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and HAM.
· Experience working with Service Portal and Catalogs.
· Proficient in JavaScript for developing scripts and customizing workflows within ServiceNow.
· Must be a self-starter capable of managing tasks independently and taking ownership of projects.
· ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) and CAD (Certified Application Developer) certifications are mandatory.
· Preferred Skills:
o Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP) and data imports.
o Familiarity with Flow Designer, Orchestration, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
o Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline integration in ServiceNow.
Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.
Role Location: Remote
Compensation Range: $81,000-$99,000
Benefits
Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year). They and their dependents residing in Canada are eligible for Supplemental Healthcare coverage, as well as Company-paid Employee Only basic life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment coverage.
Part-time regular and temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).
All Canadian employees who work in a province, territory or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
