Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose innovative solutions using ServiceNow platform capabilities. Design and develop ServiceNow modules, workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards to meet business needs and improve overall user experience. Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform, including scripting, UI policies, client scripts, and ACLs. Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, utilizing APIs, web services, and middleware platforms. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, assisting them in solving complex technical challenges and promoting best practices. Perform system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of implemented solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT operations, security, and infrastructure teams, to ensure smooth implementation and integration of ServiceNow solutions. Utilize ITOM capabilities, including Discovery and Event Management, to enhance visibility and automation of IT operations processes. Implement and configure Hardware Asset Management processes and workflows within the ServiceNow platform. Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, releases, and industry trends, and proactively identify opportunities to enhance existing processes and workflows. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and provide training to end users and stakeholders on ServiceNow functionalities and best practices. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of development methodologies, coding standards, and documentation practices to ensure the scalability and maintainability of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, including significant experience with ITOM, Discovery, and Hardware Asset Management. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Change Management, and CMDB. Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and RESTful APIs, with the ability to develop and customize ServiceNow components using these technologies. Experience with ServiceNow integration methodologies, including web services, MID Server, and RESTful APIs. In-depth understanding of ITIL processes and best practices, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITOM, Discovery, and Hardware Asset Management. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified ServiceNow Developer, Certified Implementation Specialist)
