This project aims to build an intuitive, customer facing portal using ServiceNow to provide an enhanced customer experience to improve user acceptance as well as improved back-end functionality to deliver and monitor service fulfilment.
Responsibilities of this role include consuming a design produced by a web developer with knowledge of ServiceNow and translating the design into a ServiceNow self-service portal for use by customers with little to no technical expertise. The developer will develop and extensively test the self-service portal developed from the design.
Specific capabilities needed to develop are:
ServiceNow Dublin Release.
ServiceNow CMS (Off the shelf capabilities as well as custom developments).
HTML
CSS
Jelly Scripting
JavaScript
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
-Expertise in front end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jelly Script).
-High level of familiarity with ServiceNow platform, especially with the CMS application and custom development of UI elements.
