The Opportunity:

CACI is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. The ServiceNow Developer will support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model that provides consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enable mission success and improve end user experience across the customer environment.

Design and develop self-hosted ServiceNow instances in support of an on-prem environment supporting the USAF.Support configuring, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow ITSM capabilities within the platform.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical specification and implementation of ServiceNow integrationsProvide expertise on all technical questions related to development on of ServiceNow.Develop the technical solutions, implements them, and performs the component integration tests.Understand the business needs and the needs to standardize processes and build this into the design.Understand the large scale thinking and approach needed for success of the project.Advanced level understanding of ServiceNow required.Advanced level programming skills.A fundamental understanding of ITSM, ITIL and CMDBIdeal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamicCandidate must be organized and analytical, adept at working in a team environment, able to implement on time to aProject schedule, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.JavaScript/AngularJS development experience.System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS,HTTP, REST/SOAP.Strong communication, Strong presentation and writing skills.Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members.Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow.Create and manage scripts and workflow.Integrate external data sources into ServiceNow.Build custom dashboards based on custom application data models and external data sources.Customize and configure workflows and define notifications as part of custom workflows in applications.Leads integration of new products based on client requirements.Address problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms.Consult with project teams and end users to identify application requirements.Assist in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration and testing tools.Instruct, assign, direct and check the work of others on the development team.Participate in development of software user manuals and technical reports. 

Qualifications:

Required: 

Active DoD Secret clearance15+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).Must meet 8570/8140 DoD Cyber Workforce Compliance requirement – Will be required to get IAT Level II certification within 60 days of hire if not already obtained.Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations.Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management.Requires on site presence in Chantilly, VA.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$109,800 - $241,600
