Summary: Seeking a ServiceNow Developer with expertise in custom applications development, configuration, and Agile framework support.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of ServiceNow hands-on experience.
Experience with Customer Service Management (CSM).
Proficiency in HTML5, Angular JS, jQuery, and CSS.
Active ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator (CSA) Certification or ability to obtain within 3 months.
Familiarity with organizational change management.
Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum concepts and ITIL.
Preferred Skills:
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification.
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification.
ITIL v3 Foundations Certification.
Responsibilities:
Develop custom applications using declarative app engine on ServiceNow platform.
Provide expert configuration through systems development lifecycle.
Conduct unit testing of implementations.
Support Agile framework development processes.
Engage in requirements discussions with stakeholders and third-party contributors.
Offer subject matter expertise for enterprise-level ServiceNow solutions.
Pay: 60-63

Pay Details: $60.00 to $63.00 per hour
