Credence Management Solutions, LLC (Credence) is seeking a ServiceNow Developer who will assist in the technical solution and development / implementation of applications leveraging the OOTB modules and customization as necessary to ensure the required business outcomes are delivered. The person will assist in the technical solution and development / implementation of solutions that leverage the OOTB ServiceNow modules and Custom App to migrate legacy applications to the DLA Enterprise ServiceNow platform. As a ServiceNow developer, you will deliver products and services defined throughout the life cycle of the project and resolve post-production deficiencies. You will also, manage and participate in designing and developing solutions using various OOTB modules such as Product Catalog, ServiceNow Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Integration, Content Management System (CMS), and ITSM Modules, Request Management, Service Catalog, Asset Management, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), CSM, and other ServiceNow modules, as required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below Ensure all development aligns with the architecture principles of ServiceNow and is reusable, reliable, and adaptive.Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, migrating to Production (update sets)Understanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.Ensure that the platform capabilities are efficiently and effectively utilized to drive expected business outcomes Requirements elicitation, design, development, testing, training, and implementation supportManage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go-live support.Work with technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine data requirementsWork closely with the ServiceNow technical team to convert requirements into design and migration stepsUnderstanding the business context and how to translate business and functional requirements into a sustainable ServiceNow implementation.Ability to maintain and develop scoped applicationsWorking with project resources to define sustainment governance and processes as part of operational transition.Provide guidance to convert requirements into design and migration steps.Proficient with business rules, client script, UI policies, UI actions, script includes, flow designer, notifications.
