For more information, please visit www.cbts.com. **ServiceNow Developer** **Job Purpose:** Requiring a ServiceNow Developer on a project for developing a custom solution in ServiceNow for an initiative. This entails creating tables, process flows and Flows in ServiceNow including email notifications. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team focused on enhancing our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow development of Flows, Process Flows, custom tables, and email notifications, along with a strong scripting background for development. This role requires someone who can hit the ground running from day one. The developer will also act as the consultant and recommend best way and solutioning to the stakeholder. **Essential Functions** : Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow Flows and Process Flows to automate business processes. Create and manage custom tables to meet specific business requirements. Develop and configure email notifications and alerts within the ServiceNow platform. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for new features and enhancements. Provide best practices and solutioning to optimize ServiceNow for the initiative. Conduct unit testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure functionality and performance. Document development processes, technical specifications, and system configurations. Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and emerging features to recommend improvements. **Education** Four years of college resulting in a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent **Certifications, Accreditations, Licenses** ServiceNow Certified Developer or similar certification. **Experience** 7-10 years of related experience **Special Knowledge, Skills And Abilities** Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a solid understanding of the platform. Proficiency in ServiceNow Flows and Process Flows, with hands-on experience creating custom tables and notifications. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting languages, including JavaScript. Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Experience with Agile methodologies. Previous work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
