Our Client, an Energy Services company, is looking for a ServiceNow Developer for their Jackson, MI/Hybrid location. Responsibilities: + Develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and modules, with a focus on Service Catalog and API integrations. + Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring solutions align with business needs. + Design and implement custom workflows, scripts, and automation within the ServiceNow platform. + Integrate ServiceNow with external systems and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs. + Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow applications and integrations. + Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and deployment. + Provide technical support and guidance to end-users and other team members. + Stay up to date with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and industry trends. Requirements + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. + 3-5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a strong focus on Service Catalog and API integrations. + Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. + Experience with REST and SOAP APIs, including designing and implementing integrations. + Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. + ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or other relevant certifications is a plus.
