We're looking for a ServiceNow Guru to join our team and work magic on our ServiceNow platform.
As our resident Workflow Wizard, Problem-Solving Prodigy of the ServiceNow Realm, you'll be responsible for making our business run more smoothly than a greased-up ice skater.
Responsibilities Building workflows that make our business processes run like a well-oiled machine (think Formula 1, not bumper cars)Solving problems that make other people want to pull their hair out (because we like to be superheroes), determining the root cause, and implementing preventative/corrective actionsCollaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and other thrill seekers to break down requirements and build solutions that meet/exceed their needs (with minimal screaming)Training and mentoring other team members on the ServiceNow platform (because we like to spread knowledge) QualificationsPreferred Experience
A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a diploma from the School of Hard Knocks (with a major in ServiceNow)3-5 years of proven ServiceNow development and/or administration, as well as an advanced level understanding of ServiceNow (version San Diego and above)Experience with core platform components, including ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and CSM data structures and applications1-2 years of experience crafting flows in Flow DesignerExperience creating request forms, developing integration with external systems, and implementing security (including Access Control Lists)System integration experience using web services and other web-based technologies such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAPWorking knowledge of Automated Testing Framework (ATF)Working knowledge or experience with e-Bonding or e-Bonding conceptsUnderstanding of agile methodologies and software development lifecycleSelf-motivated and highly invested in the ServiceNow ecosystemAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality work on tight schedulesProactive, self-motivated, creative, and independentAbility to troubleshoot complex workflows and turn complex business processes into workflows that everyone understandsGreat sense of humor (because we like to have fun while we work)
Experience with the following would be a big plus:
CMDB and building solutions leveraging the CMDBITOM, Discovery, and Event ManagementService Catalog, Service Portal, and UI BuilderManaged services provider and/or data center operation

Pay Range $101,000.00- $155,161.86
