The ideal candidate will have strong coding and scripting skills with expertise in Flow Designer, JavaScript, and GlideScript. This role involves working closely with stakeholders to define and execute process automation, maintain existing solutions, and stay proactive with ServiceNow product updates.This role is implementation-focused, requiring a proactive developer who can work with stakeholders to build, enhance, and optimize ServiceNow solutions. Configure and maintain ITIL, ITSM, and FSM functionalities in ServiceNow. Customize system workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, ACLs, dashboards, and reporting. Work with stakeholders to define and execute ServiceNow implementations and process automation. Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP web services. Administer ticketing systems, ITIL/ITSM processes, and overall system configurations. Maintain database integration and user interfaces within ServiceNow. Stay updated on ServiceNow product releases and apply relevant updates. Troubleshoot issues and provide solutions in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, coding, and configurations. Expertise in Flow Designer, Workflows, and automation. Strong proficiency in JavaScript and GlideScript. Hands-on experience with ITIL & ITSM implementation in ServiceNow. Familiarity with FSM functionalities in ServiceNow. Basic knowledge of Agile development (Kanban/Scrum). Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience.
