We are currently seeking a ServiceNow developer expertise in ITAM to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) Specialist with deep expertise in Hardware Asset Management (HAM) Foundation and custom solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing HAM capabilities, implementing the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework, IT Procurement module,and managing integrations using Service Graph Connectors, SAP Ariba integration, Azure GraphQL connectors. This role demands strong knowledge of CMDB best practices and the ability to drive asset lifecycle processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
ServiceNow ITAM Implementation and Management
• Implement and manage ITAM solutions in ServiceNow with a strong emphasis on HAM.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow HAM features to track and manage hardware assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Ensure hardware assets are properly represented in the CMDB and aligned with CSDM best practices.
CSDM and CMDB Governance
• Design and maintain the CMDB structure in accordance with the CSDM framework.
• Establish governance processes to ensure CMDB accuracy and data quality. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CMDB and asset data into IT operations and service delivery.
Integration Expertise
• Configure and integrate Service Graph Connectors with discovery tools and third-party platforms (Managing integrations using Service Graph Connectors with SCCM, jmaf, intunes, Tanium, SAP Ariba integration, Azure GraphQL connectors..)
• Ensure robust and seamless data ingestion from external tools into ServiceNow for enhanced hardware tracking and management.
• Develop workflows to automate data synchronization and asset updates.
Asset Lifecycle and Optimization
• Manage end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle processes, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvements in asset management. • Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to align hardware assets with organizational goals.
Process and Governance
• Develop and enforce ITAM policies, processes, and standards.
• Create reports and dashboards for asset tracking, compliance, and operational insights.
• Provide training and support to team members on ServiceNow HAM and CMDB best practices. Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
• ServiceNow Expertise: Strong experience in configuring and managing the HAM module in ServiceNow.
• CMDB & CSDM: Proven expertise in CMDB architecture, maintenance, and aligning with the CSDM framework.
• Integration Knowledge: Hands-on experience with Service Graph Connectors and discovery tools such as SCCM, Qu
• Automation: Knowledge of workflows, scripting, and automation within the ServiceNow platform.
• Hardware Asset Management: Strong understanding of IT hardware lifecycle management and industry best practices.
Experience:
• 5+ years of experience in ITAM, with at least 2 years focused on HAM in ServiceNow.
• Deep understanding of CMDB structures, CSDM alignment, and hardware lifecycle processes.
• Proven track record of integrating ServiceNow with external tools and maintaining data accuracy.
Education and Certification:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• ServiceNow ITAM/HAM Certification (preferred). • ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred).
• CSDM and CMDB-related certifications or training (preferred).
