The ideal candidate has a passion for the ServiceNow platform, a solution-focused mindset, and can be relied upon for excellent collaboration and elite client service. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Lead a team of ServiceNow professionals, providing guidance, expertise, and mentoring as requiredArchitectural planning, implementation, and maintenance of ServiceNow platform and custom applicationsCollaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specificationsEnsure the use of ServiceNow best practices and maintain platform KPIsMonitor, manage, and prioritize the backlog and workflow of the teamManage the planning and execution of system upgrades and oversees the roll-out of new applicationsDevelop and implement strategies for the continuous improvement of the ServiceNow platformMaintain knowledge of the latest ServiceNow features and technologies, as well as industry trendsCreating a supportive, collaborative and engaging environment that will help your team grow and thriveFacilitate communication amongst your team, and between teams to ensure successProvide clear and concise communication to Senior Leadership on a regular cadenceParticipate in candidate interviews WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Must Have:

5+ years experience working with the ServiceNow platform Certified Systems Administrator Certified Application Developer Development experience with Javascript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS and/or XMLExperience working with REST and SOAP servicesSystem/Process Automation (Orchestration) experienceStrong documentation/note-taking skillsExcellent verbal communication skillsStrong analytical problem-solving skills, with the ability to execute every strategic step, from identification to resolution, with urgency. Ability to work 100% on-site in Pontiac, Michigan
