Summary: In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on IT Service Management (ITSM) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, as well as expertise in implementing ITSM workflows and processes to drive business efficiency and innovation. Key Responsibilities: * ServiceNow Developer will develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, with an emphasis on ITSM * Customize workflows, forms, and scripts to meet organizational requirements * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions * Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise tools and applications * As a ServiceNow Developer, you will perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications * Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow implementations * Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and features, recommending improvements where applicable
