This position will be based in our HQ located in Ashburn, VA.

 

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supporting the security engineering team, providing technical direction, and serving as the ServiceNow Subject Matter Expert (SME) Identify and mitigate development and technical risks by providing research, design ideas, ServiceNow best practices, and actual contributions to the development Design and update Service Portal front end components Interface with executive stakeholders to align ServiceNow solutions with business goals and emerging trends. Lead the integration of new/updated modules, store applications, integrations, and spokes. Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform that align with ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, and CMDB best practices. Work on ticketing incidents, including creating, changing, and modifying workflows and configuring incident routing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead the implementation of ServiceNow solutions that meet designed requirements and industry best practices. Assist in the design and integration of ServiceNow with other systems to create seamless end-to-end processes.
