Job Description Day to Day: Insight Global is searching for a fully remote ServiceNow Hardware Asset Manager for our retail client. The ideal candidate will looking play a crucial role in defining strategy, processes, and nurturing the ServiceNow tools. This position involves setting up and administering ServiceNow Asset Management and ITOM, as well as managing the CMDB data for IT assets. Key Responsibilities:  Define, implement, and maintain asset management processes within ServiceNow.  Develop and enforce policies for asset management at both corporate and store levels.  Manage the asset lifecycle, including acquisition, utilization, and disposal.  Administer ServiceNow Asset Management and ITOM, ensuring data integrity in the CMDB.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize asset management processes.  Provide training and support to users on ServiceNow asset management tools.
