ServiceNow HRSD Developer

Core Responsibilities

Will configure the platform (ServiceNow) to set up new functionality related to HR case management, knowledge management, dashboards, generative AI chatbot + predictive intelligent search capabilities, and guided employee journey workflows.Will be responsible for migrating data and mimicking the set-up from current HR platform (Salesforce) to ServiceNowWill coordinate with several HR leaders across functional areas like talent acquisition, total rewards (compensation & benefits), payroll, performance management, talent development, etc.Will partner with the Employee Experience and HR Contact Center (1Crew) teams to design a future state solution that is easy to use and meets enterprise needsWill build integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms such as the intranet (CrewNet), Human Capital Management Tool (Workday), Learning Management Platform (Degreed), Finance (Oracle), and Facilities (PlanOn).Will maintain the security and access to the platform


Qualifications

Previous ServiceNow implementation experience, preferably HR Service Delivery (HRSD) with case + knowledge management, virtual and live agent chat, employee journeys/workflows, and Employee Center ProMinimum of four years related work experience, with at least two years of development experience.Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
