ServiceNow HRSD Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced ServiceNow HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery) Developer to join our dynamic collaboration team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing ServiceNow HRSD solutions and possess a comprehensive understanding of other ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM. The candidate will work closely with HR, IT, and other business units to streamline and automate HR processes, ensuring the highest level of service delivery and user satisfaction.

This will be a hybrid role based out of Marlborough, MA.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow HRSD solutions to meet business requirements. Customize and configure HRSD modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events. Collaborate with HR and IT teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. Integrate ServiceNow HRSD with other ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM) and third-party systems. Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and user guides. Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance and functionality. Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders. Stay current with ServiceNow updates, best practices, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on HRSD. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its core modules (ITSM, ITOM). Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies. Experience with ServiceNow integration (REST, SOAP, APIs) and data migration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good to Have:

ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD (CIS-HR)

Preferred Skills:

Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices. Familiarity with other HR systems and tools (e.g., HCM, SAP SuccessFactors).

The annualized base salary range for this role is $93,000 to $145,500 and is bonus eligible. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs, and market demand.
