Job Description Our client is embarking on an exciting journey to implement an On-Premises instance of ServiceNow, with a go-live date set for October 1, 2025. We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Consultant to join our team and help us achieve this milestone. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management Professional, Software Asset Management Professional, CMDB portion of the ITSM Module, ServiceNow Discovery, and ServiceNow Integration Hub. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of ServiceNow solutions. - Provide expert guidance on best practices for ServiceNow implementation and configuration. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow modules and integrations. - Document processes, configurations, and workflows to ensure knowledge transfer and continuity.
