Actions, U.I. Macro, U.I. Pages, Sites. Create a consistent and easy to read format for all scripts that includes comments explaining the functionality. Server-side scripts utilising the most efficient GlideRecord methods to reduce overall processing time.Development/Customization and Administration of Service Now Core Modules, Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Idea, Demand, Project Portfolio management, Content Management System.Responsible for Integrations with 3rd party tools, applications and systemsWork extensively on external integrations using Direct Web services over SOAP and RESTCreation of design documents ,test cases & Unit testingDefect fixing & accommodate small changes in case of minor enhancementCustomisation of different applications and modules within ServiceNowJava Scripting knowledge and hands on experience on it.Hands-on with ITIL Process implementation.Hands-on technical delivery including required documentation of cost-effective Service-now solutions, Ability to create and Modify Workflows.Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.Good at creating required information for Reporting and DashboardsKnowledge of ITIL methodologies and processes.Required Technical Expertise:Creation of script based Assignment and Approval rule.Creation of Business Rule, UI Action by using Glide script.Web Service IntegrationUser Interface Level IntegrationMID Server IntegrationIntegration with tools, applications and systemsMobility and related integrationAngularJS, Node.js and BootstrapUse of Import Sets for data loading from external file or database to the service-now.comCreation of custom related list.Knowledge of ITIL V3 processes"Interested candidates can send their updated resumes at anupam.pal@agile-techlabs.com
