JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
This role works with the Product Owner, Product Analysts and Business units to design, develop and maintain the ServiceNow environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to writing scripts, building workflows, and collaborating with teams to design the best solution for each request.

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
Must be able to perform repetitious hand/eye movement. Must be able to sit for long periods. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Required Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 2+ years of ServiceNow focus Working with catalog items, workflows, workspaces, agent chatScripting knowledge (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)QA Testing, Agile/Scrum methodology, and interacting with stakeholdersWorking with 3rd party integrationsCSA CertificationPreferred Education and Experience
