ServiceNow Platform Team Lead Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: None Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: None Type of Travel: None * * * **The Opportunity:** In this position you will oversee technical resources delivering services across various parts of the ServiceNow platform including (but not limited to) ITSM, ITBM, HRSD and ITOM. As the Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for helping to create solutions with our CISA customer while providing oversight, direction and management for O&M tasks and multiple projects of varying degrees of complexity. **Responsibilities:** + As the Team Lead, you will work with a team of ServiceNow engineers, developers, and business analysts, serving as direct reports to you + Identify and hire staff for your team through interviewing and technical screening + Provide hands-on leadership to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met + Serve as a point of escalation for technical staff, helping to remove obstacles and provide solutions when needed + Function as a liaison to the CISA customer and stakeholders + Provide support for the design, planning and implementation of new modules and applications (including scoped apps) across the ServiceNow platform using Agile methodology + Ensure CISA defined project governance standards are implemented and adhered to for each project and task + Directly interface with end-users, stakeholders, and process owners, helping to document desired business outcomes, identifying solutions, and verifying that project deadlines and objectives are met + Ensure that all architectural artifacts and deliverables in the responsibility areas are developed to the highest quality standards + Define, monitor, and enforce best practice and governance for the ServiceNow platformSupport Organizational Change Management and Continual Service Improvement initiatives **Qualifications:** _Required:_ + Proven experience leading a ServiceNow development team in a supervisor, lead or manager capacity. + 1 or more active ServiceNow Certifications + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or Business (BA + 10 years’ applicable experience, AA + 12 years’ applicable experience, MA + 7 years applicable experience or 12 years’ experience) + 10+ Years of total IT experience + 5+ Years of experience with the ServiceNow platform + Ability to interface with team members at all levels, including business operations, technology, and management + Experience working with US Federal Government customers + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + A Public Trust clearance is required to begin employment.
